going to get weighed in boots later. breakfast .. grapefruit segments, porridge and cup of tea. lunch, poached egg and baked beans on wholemeal toast. dinner,home made veg soup,yoghurt and fruit.going to do some walking today even if it rains. I WANT TO LOSE 50LBS IN 6 MOTHES AND BE AT MY TARGET BY 14TH OCTOBER MY BIRTHDAY. I REALLY NEED TO SUCEED THIS TIME AND I WILL.

i need help

i hate being fat and ugly, i dont want it any more. i feel so depressed and unhappy. but i cant do it on my own. i need to lose 80 pounds,  im going to a wedding in september and want to be able to wear something nice. i need someone i can talk to every day and help me to do this. im on facebook if anyone wants to add me and help me. i need to do low fat as i have gaulstones. i want to exersize to but dont know what to do as i have arthritus in my back and kness. please will someone help me?

day 1

today is my first day on low fat diet plan. i weigh 220lbs  and i want to be 140 lbs thats 80lbs ive got to lose. ive started off well with porridge and blueberries. i have my mri scan today and im not looking forward to it, i dont like confined spaces.i now cant have anything to eat till after my scan at 2pm. will star my exersize routein tomorrow. will do lots of walking and an exersize dvd.  has anyone got any cheap low fat recepies as im on a very low budget.

hi everyone i9m back been through a really bad patch, been in hospital and had a shit year last year but im back now. i want to lose 50lbs in the next 6 monthes. i have got gaulstones and my doctor has put me on a lowfat diet. i really need to lose this weight as its makeing me ill. PLEASE HELP ME.

i gained 2 pounds in last2 weeks, but now im back on the straight and narrow.

im feeling a lot more clearer in my head today.

first id like to thank all who replied to my blog yesterday.

now my goals for the next 4 weeks.

1.walk 1 hour every day

2. exersize dvd every other day

3.drink lots of water

4.stick to 25 points a day

i want to lose another 2 stone by my birthday october the 14th. i will go to boots later and weigh myself. im feeling so happy in my personal life now, and want to be healthy  as well so i can enjoy it.

i need your support please

the last 3 weeks have been terrible for my weight loss, im out of controlle with my eating. im really happy in my personal life now. i have a new man and hes the b est thing that ever happened to me. ive come so far and i dont want to go back to being fat and unhealthy again. ive had to stop weight watchers as i cant aford it. but i still want to lose weight. please will you support me and help me. i need someone to anwser too and report in every day.

im fired up and ready to lose this weight

im feeling so good and back on track this excess weight is on its way out. no more prating around its going and its never comeing back. i have also met someone special in my life and he makes me feel good about myself. so im so happy and contented now.

after loseing 7.5lbs this week im finally back on track and feeling good. i want to lose another 2 stone by my b/day in october,thank you all for supporting me , i couldent of don it without you.
