going to get weighed in boots later. breakfast .. grapefruit segments, porridge and cup of tea. lunch, poached egg and baked beans on wholemeal toast. dinner,home made veg soup,yoghurt and fruit.going to do some walking today even if it rains. I WANT TO LOSE 50LBS IN 6 MOTHES AND BE AT MY TARGET BY 14TH OCTOBER MY BIRTHDAY. I REALLY NEED TO SUCEED THIS TIME AND I WILL.
